Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

All card orders will be shipped in 7 working days.

For 'Hand Finished Prints' 4 working weeks should be allowed for. Where possible these will be completed and finished before. If there is a specific date your artwork is required please email me at: hello@clairecookcoastal.co.uk

For shipping of commissions, the time to ship will be agreed upon based on the complexity and size of the commission and will be agreed at consultation.

Only shipping to the UK excluding Northern Island due to new regulations.

Returns Policy

Full-priced goods may be returned for exchange for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Sale or reduced items are non-refundable.

If the product has not been returned in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit and return using a signed for delivery service including a reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit while being returned to us.

Please note we are not responsible for the cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or sent incorrectly. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. In the case of exchanges, a re-delivery charge will apply.
